My slogan is "Your Realtor for a Lifetime" as I expect to be a resource to you for some time to come.  My mission is to manage your real estate needs, to eliminate as much hassle as possible, to take care of the details, and to solve any problems along the way.  I believe that selling real estate is not so much a function of sales as it is of problem solving and I have a great deal of experience in doing just that. 

I have been a member of the Board of Realtors since 1972 and have owned my own company since 1981.  I am also a member of the Board of Directors of Fidelity Cooperative Bank, a member of the Shirley Board of Health, and President of Shirley Public Access Corporation providing public television to the Town of Shirley.  I have recently served on the Devens Disposition Executive Board and have been involved in many capacities during the conversion of Fort Devens to Devens.  I am an owner of investment real estate, have considerable property management experience, and have managed up to 100 units of rental housing at one time.

I am a former President and member of the Board of Directors for the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce, a former member of the Shirley Planning Board, and of the Hazen Memorial Library Board of Trustees.  I am married and have successfully raised 5 children, a foster daughter, and several other teens that have found their way to the Esielionis household.  I currently resides in Shirley.
