LAER Concierge was launched in 2018, after helping more than 15,000 families buy and sell homes across New England. During that time, there were thousands of clients who came to us both during the process of buying or selling a home, or after they had moved, seeking referrals to professionals in all fields including moving, staging, interior design, trash removal, storage, cleaning, etc. This helped us realize that our clients needed more than just assistance in finding, marketing, and negotiating real estate. They needed advice and trusted referrals in every aspect of homeownership; before, during, and long after the closing.
